Suspension, and that in the meantime Sir Edward Youde is clearly precluded from entering upon the question of Succession to the Colonial Office, but he is bound to state that should the office be vacated Sir Edward Youde fears it will not be filled by his successor upon the existing power of appointment by the Governor-in-Council.
