My half pay for the 4 Months leave of absence granted at Hongkong from the 23rd April to 25th August last was advanced to me prior to having. – The half pay for the additional months leave granted by Sir E. B. Lytton to the 23rd September, under date 11th August I have not drawn, neither have I drawn anything on Account of my Pension which Commenced on the 25th September last.
