this morning from Major
Boughey dated
Government House Hong Kong-
4th August in which he states that Mr Austin had been
for some time suspended from office as Attorney General, and
that he had been unanimously appointed by the Executive Council to the office ad interim notwithstanding the investigation of the charges against Mr Innes -
