I am directed by the Secretary of State to request that
you will move the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty

to order a Passage at the Contract Rate to Hong Kong
on board the Mail Steamer,
which will have Southampton
for
on the 20th inst.
Dr Farland. Who has been
appointed Colonial Surgeon in that Colony.
The whole cost of this Passage will be paid at the
Contract Rate by Dr Harland himself.
