Somerset County Lunatic Asylum Wells, 21th February, 1855. Mr. John Falconer filled

the

above 360 pauper Lunatics and Idiots, and Mr. Falconer kept

the Records of the greater number of cases exceedingly well, and also performed the other duties devolving upon him and I consider him particularly well fitted to perform the duties of Assistant Surgeon in a General Hospital
