and was much esteemed by the Students as Lecturer. Subsequently he assisted his Father in his Practice in the Country and then was appointed one of the Pupils of the Royal College of Surgeons of London, where I believe he gave every satisfaction.
From long personal Knowledge of Mr. Palmer I have no hesitation in saying that few have had the same opportunities of Studying Anatomy, or made a better use of them, and I believe him highly qualified to act in a Surgical capacity.
