Resolved, That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, that She will be graciously pleased to give directions that there be laid before this House, Copies or Extracts of Correspondence between Governor Sir John Bowring and the Secretary of State for the Colonies, relative to the re-construction of the Legislative Council of the Colony of Hong Kong, in the years 1855 and 1856.
Ordered, That the said Address be presented to Her Majesty by such Members of this House as are of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.
