Whereas by the Chinese Passengers Act, 1855, it is enacted, that before any Chinese Passenger Ship shall clear out or proceed to Sea on a Voyage of nore than Seven Days' computed Duration, the Master thereof shall, with Two sufficient sureties to be approved by an Emigration Officer, enter into a Bond to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, in the Sum of One thousand Pounds:
