We 4 Medical Attendants of Captain's Mothing Sloop "Rattler" hereby certify that the said Captain has been under our care ever since he arrived in this Colony - that his health has suffered more or less ever since he has resided here; that he, however hard one might think of it, has had one thick Carbuncle, which endangered his life; several attacks of diarrhoea, and that the climate has induced such a state of general debility as to render it highly advisable that he should return to Europe.
