I beg to acknowledge the receipt of the letter in

behalf of a large section of the unofficial

Justices, by Mr. Antrobus, in his letter to

the Acting Chief Magistrate dated 17 Instant and filed

in this office.

I am directed to state that the case of

the Queen by Captain Caine versus T. A. Chisholm adjourned on Monday last, stands for hearing before this Bench on Saturday next at 12 O'clock Noon.
