I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you, for the information of Mr. Secretary Labouchere, with reference to your letter of the 1st inst., that Their Lordships are pleased to concur in the terms of the despatch which he proposes to address to the Governor of Hongkong respecting his salary and other public waiting to the revenue and expenditure of the Colony.
