morning
deponent states that the Duke of Portland took on board 330 Coolies (not 500 as reported) of these 130 were lost, not from Natural death (Ching, Lever we understand) and
suicide, but we have
no
particulars as to the number
lost
200 were safely
landed at Havana.
From what we know of
the Master we
feel certain that
