the same with instructions

attention
to the Colonial Ordinance No. 15. this year passed in Council on the
22nd inst entitled
"An ordinance for amending
the Law
of
Evidence and
Trial by Jury"
And, upon the recommendation of the Attorney General's, I have
determined that the clauses
Nos I. II. IV. V. VII. IX and XI in
the said ordinance shall be
made Rules of the Consular Court
for Her Majesty's
Consuls in China
