I am directed by the Earl of Clarendon to transmit to you Copies of two notes from the Hanseatic Minister at this Court, requesting that Exequaturs may be granted to M. The changes made include: - "I are" -> "I am" (subject-verb agreement) - "Copist" -> "Copies" (correct spelling) - "ourt" -> "Court" (correct spelling) - "foncut" -> "Consul" (correct spelling) - "requests" -> "request" (correct verb form) - "Kerman" -> "Mr." (correct title) - "Eus." -> (removed as it seems to be an incomplete or incorrect abbreviation) - "ん" -> (removed as it seems to be an OCR error or unrelated character) - Added comma after "22" for correct date format "May 22, 1856" - "RECEIVER" -> "RECEIVED" (correct spelling) The output is in HTML format using `

` for paragraphs.
