That, with reference to our Report of Dec: 24, based upon Customs returns last session, he has directed to transmit to us a Letter from the Colonial Office, enclosing a draft of a letter which H. Sec: Labouchere proposes to address to the Board of Admiralty upon the subject of Instructions for conveying the Princess with effect to be given to the Commanders of H.M.'s Ships.
