The Undersigned has the honor to transmit herewith to Her Britannic Majesty's Secretary of State a copy of the letters patent appointing Mr. Frederick A. Block, merchant residing at Hong Kong, as Consul for that place & to request that the said appointment may receive the sanction of Her Britannic Majesty for the issue of Her Majesty's Exequatur for Mr. F.A. Block as Royal Danish Consul for Hongkong.
The undersigned begs to have returned the accompanying document.
