Item 24. For 30 Lanthorns those now in use are thoroughly and fairly worn out or broken.
Item 27. For 3 Inspector's Swords, there were only two sent out when the Force was first organized, and are now much worn out from use.
Item 28. For 4 Saddler Complete, the Saddles in store are much used and totally unfit for use, and the supplying of them from England is of better quality and much cheaper.
