As concerns, however, the interview for which Colonel Juniop asked, I must neither Blonel Dunlop say that any other person, whether public official or private individual, was ever denied unreserved communication with me. Had Colonel Dunlop really wished an interview, he had but to walk to the Government Offices, and this official request, though it now seems to have been made with a certain object, was unusual and unnecessary, and failed consequently to attract any particular attention from me.
