presume I am right in reading your Despatch with Enclosure (180 of 25th July last) and that the Agreement entered into by Mr. Niblett with the Colonial Agent, is such as to make Mr. Niblett refund the £150 only, and not the amount paid for the passage, which in the agreement is designated free.
