connected with the proceedings of a public meeting held on the 16th Instant; with observations thereon of the Attorney General And Acting Senior General . — Also, the Draft of a Letter he had prepared for the consideration of the Council in reply to the said Communications.
This Draft was read; and, after discussion; it was agreed that the same should be referred to the Hon'ble Members for their observations, and the whole matter be brought forward for reconsideration at a Meeting of the Council to be summoned for the day after the arrival of the next Mail from England.
The Council adjourned Accordingly.
