that Mr. G. W. Came being abroad in England, I cannot call upon him for the repayment of the amount (£15.0.0) but I would suggest that application be made, by the Colonial Department in London to the Foreign Office to whom in my judgment the Board of Admiralty should have at first applied for payment.
