In reference to your Despatch No.38 of yesterday's date informing me that a claim has been sent in to the Colonial Office by the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty for the passage of Mr. G. W. Coine [?Caine?] to Shanghai between the 14th October and 7th November last,
