Buildings Ordinance - I said him that his course was
to
irregular in seeking direct Communication with me- and
sanction must
he replied he knew the Law be obeyed - and I answered that if the Ordinance in question or other Law were deemed oppressive
or
any representation on the subject would meet with due consideration
