jus: The BBC brings you ENGLISH BY RADIO
In this lesson we're dealing with three pairs of words. The words
in each pair are similar in both form and meaning. Machine and
machinery; scene and scenery; poem and poetry. Now listen to some
sentences in which the words are used.
A typewriter is a machine for making letters on paper. I use i
