I learn in reply that the

number of Invalids being small, it had been arranged to send them in Her Majesty's Ship "Winchester"

and I accordingly applied to Rear Admiral Sir Michael Seymour, who consented to order passage for the two Prisoners on board that

Frigate

The "Winchester" will sail from Portsmouth in

about a week

for

I enclose Copies of the descriptive

List and of the Judge's orders for custody and removal, the

originals

of which accompany the Convicts and are handed to Captain Wilson

of the "Winchester"

the security of the Prisoners

on their arrival in England
