General arrangement of the baletta Mint - the co

The Silver bullion, the coining of which constitute the principal business of Mint is now principally received from the Merchants though there are still considerable remittances of uncurrent coins from the interior.

The bullion from the Merchants is partly in refined bars, which if numbered by the European assayers 999‰ and upwards, are received at B$1⁄2 or 18 1⁄2 diots
