The alteration in the Jury panch is I believe in strict accordance with the wishes of the community whose interests it affects.
I trust no difficulty will be found in laying this Ordinance before Her Most Gracious Majesty The Queen for approval and confirmation.
I have to add that I received communications from the Consular Corps speaking of the ordinance with much approbation, and I have made such portions of it as are relevant, Rules of practice in the Consular Courts.
