I have the honor to request that you will obtain for His Excellency the Governor's sanction to the filling in of a distance of 250 feet in front of Marine Lots Nos. 21 and 22; and trust that the high rents paid for these two lots will be deemed sufficient cause for His Excellency to grant his permission.
