With respect to the hour for opening the court, as it appears that in County Court less than 74 young men on the jury were in opinion that Midday is the most convenient time, and as representations of a contrary character have come to the knowledge of the Government, His Excellency concludes that the change suggested by the Attorney-General would not be acceptable to the majority of those concerned.
