In accordance with the promise I have now the honor of forwarding for the perusal of His Excellency The Governor, certain letters in refutation of the complaints officially made by the Attorney General, on the part in which the business of the Supreme Court is conducted, and I feel obliged by His Excellency informing me if He considers the refutation complete.
