There discussion though assuring on the curtain the form of a discussion points in the administration of justice, do in reality contain only attacks by Mr. C. Anstey on Ch. J. Milone, and answers thereto. You will see that the former lawyer properly caused the opinions of the leading gentlemen in general to be taken on the points raised, and that with slight exception most opinions are against the Attorney General and with the Chief Justice, accompanied with pretty evident disdain of the former and complimentary expression towards the latter.
Friends are apt to be warm in taking part of a chief whom they think is malignantly attacked.
Certainly hoping that this shall not be the case here.
