# . That, in the opinion of this meeting, the project for the formation of a Kayan (as set down in the Government Gazette of November last) would be defective in this measure, and inadequate, contrary to the spirit of the Laws, upon individuals, infringing and injuring the rights of holders of Marine Lots.
2nd that a Committee be formed, consisting of the following gentlemen: Micah 1. D. Gift, R.C. Antrobus, E. Pereira, R. Surgie, W. Parry, J. H. Belilios, to embody the above Resolution.
