The second on the list is the property of Messrs. In another locality, the Firm has five large houses which are rented to Merchants and Storekeepers at about £250 each per annum.

Mr. Duddell, the next on the list, is simply a ground rent collector, and the manner in which he proceeds is explained in his letter to the Committee, and his mode of proceeding will be understood by reference to paragraph 9, showing the manner in which he purchases ground rents.
