Notice is hereby given that a Sale of the immunal rate of ground rent of 10 Lots of Land, housing cottage properties, will take place on Saturday, the 10th instant, at 10 am.
The respective lots will be specified and defined on the spot by the Commanding Officer of Engineers, to which parties are referred for further particulars.
The titles will be delivered on payment of the rent, and the minimum value of the buildings to be erected on the lots, and the period allowed for erection will also be declared.
