Mr. Power laid on the table the form of a Crown Lease of a Marine Lot.
6. All the Documents and Records mentioned in Paragraph 11, and the form mentioned in Paragraph 5, were read by the President to the other members, and discussed together with the details of the Plan mentioned in Paragraph 5.
7. It was resolved that copies of the following portions of the said papers be to form an appendix to the future Report of this Commission, and that a reduced copy of the said Plan, with such amendments (if any) as may be thought advisable, be added to the same Appendix, viz. -
