Corrected version with proper formatting and minor adjustments for clarity and readability, while adhering to the original content and instructions. Changes made include: 1. Corrected "Noba" to potentially "Nota" or left as is due to lack of context, but for the sake of minimal alteration, it is left as "Noba". 2. "Inesors" is likely a misspelling but is left as is. 3. "bo20" is unclear and left unchanged. 4. "Honighnny" corrected to "Hong Kong". 5. "hover" corrected to "honor". 6. "achinoledge" corrected to "acknowledge". 7. "Betober" and "Desportal" are likely errors but contextually seem to refer to "Despatch" and a date/month, so "Despatch" is used for correction. 8. "Veneral Divance" corrected to "Venereal Disease". 9. "Cousit" corrected to "Council". 10. "Houry" corrected to "Henry". The output is in HTML format as requested, using `

` for paragraphs.
