Grates to all chimneys in main building. Paint four times with best oil colour of such tint as may be directed all woodwork painting doors & windows four Coats @ Painter.

Glaze all windows with good English glass well set in putty to be complete and clean when given over by Contractor.
I now bars square to windows of lock up.
