Instructions to provide for this service have been given on account of the extension of the Town of Victoria to the West rendering an addition to the Police force necessary for that district.
The accommodation required is as follows, for two European Constables, & Portuguese, 4 Indians 8 Station Coolies.
The Building proposed will afford this, besides a day room, a look up, a tool room for the reserve, and a Store room.

Excavation of Trenches for foundations to a depth of 3 feet and width of 4 feet levelled and paved granite drain 2 ft wide @ £0. 3. 6 = £21

Circular stone Curb and slab of Sewer 2 feet deep by 1 1⁄2 feet wide, and at intervals of 20 feet openings to be left for 244 feet run fixed complete @ £0. 2/% = £175. 2. 3
