pipe fixed @ 2/5 Wrought iron chimney bars 2½" x 7" turning 40 feet the discharge up 5 on each side of chimney jambs, wrought iron pipe fixed @ the stirrup irons 2" x 7" turning up 2'6" with proper key wedges.
Wrought iron pair of straps 2" x 2" with 10 bolt to confine feet of principals of each truss. Front rim 2" × 2" fixed into rebated stove jambs and 1½" bars placed 4" apart run in with lead.
All interior doors are to have 3 bolt iron rim locks, exterior doors 3 bolt rim locks, 8" round bolts to bottom and top of all exterior doors; 6' bolts to each side top and bottom of casements, 6' wrought iron stay hooks to all doors and windows, wrought iron staples for all typhoon bars.
