have lately submitted
numerous recommendations
for increased expenditure that Her Majesty's Government would feel much dissatisfaction at any public works, not of an imperative character, being undertaken which should involve the Colony in difficulties.

proposed Stations. His observations and
suggestions will obtain the attention from you
they merit.
