Referring to my Despatch - N: 514, of instant, you will have seen in the Minutes of the Executive Council that I recorded my dissenting opinion on the innocence of one of the blind men, Mamed Lee Whone, convicted to decapitate on a charge of Burglary and Murder, Committed on the 17th January last.
My opinion was not shared by any other Member of the Executive Council.
