nor less than fifty Dollars to be levied in default of payment by warrant of distress and sale under the hand of the said Justice upon the Lord Farmer's License's goods and chattels, and it shall be further lawful for any such Justice as aforesaid to order that the said defaulter be imprisoned until payment thereof.
Keeping of Lotteries
Nothing in this Ordinance contained shall affect the liability of the keepers of any common gaming houses.
