has been violated, as appears by Capt: Wathins' Letter, might also be enforced : I cannot advise the enforcement of process until tomorrow, as it is doubtful if it can be done on a Sunday, Easter Monday again is a holiday. If the search proceeds

is able to deal in the meantime, it will be hard to clear the Executive of the charges which will have enabled her to do so.
