entitled "An Ordinance to extend to this Colony certain Enactments and General Orders for reforming the Practice in the High Court of Chancery and the Offices thereof." This Ordinance will introduce some acceptable changes in equity proceedings which have been adopted in the United Kingdom by the Sundry Acts of Parliament, and General Orders in Chancery to abolish the practices referred to in the Schedule.
