The Colonial Secretary who in the absence of a Registrar of Shipping officiates as such informs
me that the remaining 24
Numbers
may be expended in the
course of the next six months
and
I therefore lose no time in requesting a further allotment of official numbers to the Port of Victoria
I take the liberty of
suggesting
that the allotment comprise one Hundred numbers
in place of Fifty as before.
