Art: 4. Mr Européaux, descendants or legal equals of Europeans, no natives, (but Chinese) and no children under 15 years of age, to be admitted to form the game under any pretence, either directly or indirectly. Neglecting to enforce this regulation, or to acquaint the police with any infringement, the holder of the gambling table shall be punishable by fine of f/5 to f/25: the person joining the game, if in Government Service, shall moreover be punished according to law.
