Every house holder allowing unlawful Art: 19 gaming in his premises (with or without being recompensed for it) to be fined $50 for the first time, and twice as much the second time, with banishment from Hong Kong for 10 years if European, or hard labour if native or Chinese.

Halve po to be prevented by the farmer and police, fumichadle by fine of $50 from the former.

Art. 28.

Money lost by false playing must be instantly returned - Money gained by foul playing immediately to be forfeited and fine of $100 Art: 21. Wilfully disturbing the game furnished by fine of $50.

Art. 20. All debts or engagements arising not of credit being given during the play to stand null and void.

Art. 23. Every body qualified to inform against the neglect of the above regulation, those especially charged to do so are Governor General, the Chief Residents and Assistant residents, all chief and minor functionaries of justice and police Art: 24. Besides these regulations the farmer has the conditions of his contract to enforce.
