SWORN AFFIDAVIT

The application was supported by an affidav!l sworn so by the said Lau Sul who alleged that he was the owner of the Tai Ming Restaurant but that he had hired the said restaurant to one Tsang Wan on Dec 20, 1946. He further alleged that the debt sued on was not his bul Tsang Wan's, who, atter taking over the business, had changed the firm's name from Tai Ming Restaurant to Tai Ming Cheung Kee Restaurant.
