Conditions of the Contract.
1. The tenure of the privilege of keeping "Lu-t'han" Houses shall be for a term of 3 years, from the 1st August 1855, to the 31st July 1858, at a rental of $100 per mensem. This sum to be paid in three instalments a month, viz: every tenth day, the Dollar being at the rate of 7s. 2d°
