Urban Council Forms Committee To Study Hawker Question

It was decided at yesterday's meeting of the Urlan Council to refer the whole question of the amendments to the by-laws under Be Hawkers' Ordinance No. 22 at 1935, made by the Counell at Its meeting of July 2. and submitted to Government for approval by the Legislative Council, and which was subsequently referred back to the Council for further investigation, to the usual Committee of the Urban Courell dealing with hawkers bui supplemented by all the Chinese members of the Counch.
